For the initial section of the homepage, I developed a simulated conversation for the chatbot, carefully crafting a dialogue that reflects typical user interactions. To enhance the user's sense of engagement and trust, I incorporated a picture, description, and icon for the chatbot, aiming to create the impression of conversing with a real person. Employing a granite background, I strategically positioned elements to the left of the page, drawing the user's attention towards the conversation and the prominent "view demo" button. In choosing the header wording, I opted for a witty tone to resonate with plumbers, while ensuring the paragraph below provided comprehensive information. Additionally, I opted for a blue color scheme to evoke a sense of calmness, recognizing that visitors may be seeking solutions to plumbing issues.
